The Stillwater and Tartan HS Jazz Ensembles are playing a concert at the Biergarten Germania Restaurant, Lowertown, St Paul, on Monday, February 19 – 5:00-7:00 PM. The concert is free and you will be able to  purchase food and beverages from this menu.
